Bathroom Floor Restoration
- Cleaning of the floor using commercial equipment ( no damage for kitchen cabinets and baseboards)
- Replace damaged grout lines and tiles if needed.
- Apply Colour Sealer on grout lines only. Provides protection, uniform colour and easy cleaning benefits
Our Advanced Shower Restoration Process
We follow a comprehensive process for restoring your shower and bath.
01.
Pre-Inspection
Every quotation begins with a thorough inspection to determine the type of grout, tile, level of soiling, mold, and existing moisture issues, as well as inspecting for cracked and damaged grout.
02.
Remove Old Caulking
Cracked, and mildew-stained caulking will be carefully removed.
03.
Mold Treatment
Our 345-degree steam sanitizes as we clean we also use a medical grade sanitizing solution that kills 99.9% of germs.
04.
Steam Clean
After the soap scum and soils is loosened, we steam clean each and every grout line and tile with a 345-degree sanitizing steam (we do not use high pressure power wash as this can saturate behind your tiles)
05.
Drying
We use specialized dryers to dry the tile and grout prior to sealing and re-caulking.

Final Inspection
We will complete a final inspection of our workmanship with every client.
